All raw materials — including PVC, vinyl, holographic film and paper — are strictly inspected for compliance with international environmental and safety standards (RoHS, CE, EN71) before entering the factory. During printing, die-cutting, gold foil stamping and UV DTF transfer, our professional inspectors conduct real-time supervision to eliminate defects such as blurred patterns, uneven lamination and inaccurate die-cutting. After production, 100% of finished stickers are inspected for adhesion, thickness, color fastness and specifications, ensuring every batch delivered to you is qualified, stable and compliant with your target market's customs requirements.
